To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and cancellation must occur at least 15 days or more prior to check-in
If the guest cancels between 14 and 8 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund of the reservation amount.
If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, you will not receive a refund.
If the guest makes the reservation more than 2 months in advance, and wishes to cancel 15 days or more before check-in, a refund of 60% of the total paid to reserve will be made.
